I worked in the service industry for 6 years at Starbucks Coffee Company, where I was thoroughly trained in customer care and customer perspective. My time at Starbucks instilled within me and continually reinforced an appreciation for and a desire to please each and every customer I encountered.
I was taught to honor our customers and treat them with respect a dignity while taking great pride in the service I was providing. We at Starbucks, not only provided stellar service to our customers, but we created an everlasting experience. We called this LEGENDARY Customer Service. This is the exact same principle that I have, and will continue to impart to my massage clientele.
