My work supports a proactive and educational approach to massage therapy. Not only do I provide an exquisite blend of soft tissue and energetic work, but from each session, my clients will take with them the knowledge and inspiration to enhance the quality and the overall health and wellness of their lives.
With an acquired 1000 hours of a demanding curriculum at the Desert Institute of the Healing Arts and over 10 years of practicing massage therapy, my work has evolved to be highly integrated and diverse. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with people of varying demographics, body types and conditions. The efficacy and uniqueness of my massage is attributed to an appreciation of both Western and Asian body therapies.
From my experience in the field of Massage Therapy, I have learned that massage is so much more than tissue manipulation: It’s love, it’s positive, it’s creative, it’s restorative, it’s energy. Massage is healing in the purist form. I view myself, first and foremost, as an educator and facilitator of body mindfulness. All of my intentions and efforts as a massage therapist are focused at enhancing the body’s intrinsic healing and restorative abilities. I aspire to continue my life long dedication to being an integral part of a community that promotes health and wellness.
